Change Your Mind, Change Your World

Change Your Mind, Change Your World

I haven’t always known how powerful my thoughts and emotions can be but I have learned their value. And now, I can’t deny their force and potency in influencing my life and my future.

Recently, I came across a quote by renowned author and clergyman, Norman Vincent Peale who said “Change your thoughts, change your world.”

Those words struck me because of all the unrest and conflict that is in our world right now. And because of how 'thought power' has worked in my own life and in the lives of my clients, students and friends, I believe it can affect how things are today.

Is it possible that my thoughts can not only alter my life but the world? And that your thoughts have the same power to bring about change. I find that not only encouraging but really exciting! And I belive in its potentiality!

I’ve asked myself how we can get together in thought to create changes that I think we consider important such as peace and prosperity. And I’m thinking that we can band together in group thought, no matter where we are on the planet, and consistently think of peace and well-being for all.

That means we need to be attentive to our thoughts and make sure they’re on track with what we’d like to happen in our lives and in our world. If not, we have to change our thoughts to be consistent with what we’d like to create personally and collectively.

I’m excited because I know that this is possible and I believe that thinking together will gather momentum. I've also experienced group thought firsthand and it is powerful!

First we need to be on the same page and we need to believe and trust in the strength of our thoughts and in their capacity to bring about change.
